In the event a client requests a refund for a retainer, service deposit or inaccurate charges, the request must be made in writing, either to the address listed below or by using our contact link at our website. After receipt of the request for refund, we will review the client’s physical, electronic and billing file. If the request is granted, the client’s original payment method will be refunded within 2 business days. The decision as to the response remains completely within the discretion of Acceler8 llc. If after further research it is deemed that the refund is not valid, the client’s original payment method will be charged after the client has been notified.
