Michael A. Johnston , Certified Public Accountant, CPA, MBA
Mr. Johnston is the Principal and Managing Partner of acceler8 llc . He has been in the accounting field since 1982 with extensive tax and accounting experience in both the public and private setor. He was founder and Managing Partner of Michael A. Johnston, CPA PC, a full service accounting firm which combined its business with acceler8 llc in 2010 to offer expanded accounting, tax and business advisory services to its clients. He attained his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Accountancy from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Business Administration from Arizona State University. Mike has extensive background in corporate and individual tax preparation as well as business and personal financial planning, tax planning, exit planning, business advice and strategy development,. His corporate client base spans a wide variety of industries including construction, contractors, professional and business services, as well as manufacturing and distribution companies.
